With fresh fruit produced around Australia, and the Wamuran packing shed operating two fruit lines at a time, Roger plans, monitors and reviews workloads and logistics company-wide to ensure operations run smoothly.
Focus on improvement
Roger also implements sustainable business models to create efficiencies and manages brand exposure and marketing direction. Since joining Piñata Farms, he has simplified systems and procedures to improve communications between both ends of the supply chain.
Roger also focuses on fostering healthy workplace relations throughout the business. Before joining Piñata Farms in 2012, he was general manager at Coolibah Herbs, a vegetable grower and processor based in Victoria.
